This 36 x 18 x 74" 4-shelf wire shelving add-on unit extends an existing starter unit by sharing a set of upright posts, reducing hardware requirements and lowering the per-unit cost of scaling a storage system. The shared-post design is the defining feature that sets add-on units apart from standalone starter units.
The unit is well suited for warehouses, distribution centers, stockrooms, manufacturing floors, and retail back rooms where vertical storage capacity and layout flexibility are priorities. It supports straight-line, back-to-back, and right-angle (L-shape) configurations, making it adaptable to varied facility footprints. Additional shelves and accessories are sold separately for further customization.
Each unit includes four shelves, two posts, and eight S-hook connectors. Note that once an add-on unit is connected to a starter unit, the combined assembly is not compatible with caster mobility kits. Unit weight is 55 lbs and is sold individually. Freight delivery is required.
