This 36-inch by 200-yard industrial roll of VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibiting) paper is manufactured at a 60 lb. basis weight, delivering a durable, chemically active barrier for ferrous metal parts, components, and surfaces. VCI molecules continuously vaporize from the paper, displacing moisture and interrupting the electrochemical reactions that cause rust, corrosion, and oxidation — even where the paper does not make direct contact with every surface.

This roll format is well suited for high-volume wrapping in metal fabrication shops, automotive parts facilities, industrial export packaging lines, and military or government supply operations where continuous sheet access and consistent corrosion coverage are critical. The large roll width accommodates oversized parts, assemblies, and grouped components in a single pass.

Recommended application rate is one square foot of VCI paper per one cubic foot of enclosed packaging volume; thorough wrapping creates a saturated inhibiting atmosphere within the package. Each roll weighs approximately 45.22 lbs. and ships via parcel carrier. Sold individually, with bulk case quantity of 200 rolls available for high-volume procurement.
