The ShockWatch 2 37G Impact Indicator is a calibrated, bi-directional vertical-response device that detects and documents transit mishandling. Purple in resting state, the indicator activates irreversibly — turning bright red — when an impact meets or exceeds the 37G threshold, delivering tamper-evident evidence that is immediately visible to handlers and receivers.
These indicators are used by shippers in freight, e-commerce fulfillment, medical equipment distribution, electronics manufacturing, and industrial supply chains where impact accountability reduces damage claims and supports carrier disputes. The 1-2/3 x 1-2/3 inch face applies directly to any packaging surface; an optional 3-3/4 x 3-3/4 inch companion label (sold separately) increases handler visibility throughout the supply chain.
Each indicator carries a unique serial number for shipment-level chain-of-custody documentation. Activation requires only removing the adhesive liner to arm the device before application. Cases contain 50 indicators and ship via parcel carrier.
