These 14 x 16 inch flat poly bags are made from 100% virgin polyethylene film at a 4 mil thickness, delivering meaningful puncture and tear resistance beyond what standard 2 mil bags provide. The open-end configuration accepts a variety of product shapes without requiring pre-formed or fitted packaging.
FDA and USDA compliance makes these bags appropriate for food-contact applications alongside industrial and commercial uses. The 4 mil gauge is especially well suited for heavier or sharp-edged items in manufacturing, distribution, retail replenishment, and food processing environments where thinner film would risk failure during handling or transit.
Bags can be closed with twist ties, bag tape, or heat-sealed using an impulse sealer for a tamper-evident finish. Each case contains 500 bags.
