These 3 x 24 inch flat poly bags are manufactured from 100% virgin polyethylene film at 4 mil thickness, providing a heavy-duty moisture and particulate barrier for long, narrow, or elongated items. The slim profile is purpose-built for products that standard-width bags cannot accommodate without excess material bunching at the sides.
The 4 mil construction delivers substantially greater puncture and tear resistance than 1 or 2 mil alternatives, making these bags well suited for hardware, fasteners, rods, skewers, tubing, and other items with sharp edges, irregular surfaces, or concentrated weight. FDA and USDA compliance supports use in food-contact and regulated packaging environments including food processing, lab supply, and medical device distribution.
Bags accept twist ties, bag tape, or impulse sealers to match existing line configurations. Each case contains 1,000 bags.
