ecoMAX® Expandable Cellulose Wadding is a compressed cellulose roll measuring 24 inches wide by 167 feet long, slit at 12 inches to produce individual soft strips. Stored at approximately 80% compression, each roll expands to roughly five times its compressed size when dispensed, delivering substantial cushioning volume from a compact footprint.
The non-abrasive cellulose strips are well suited for void fill, product wrapping, and cushioning in e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and distribution environments. The material also absorbs oil and water, providing secondary protection against transit moisture and fluid exposure — a useful characteristic for shipments containing machinery parts, automotive components, or industrial goods.
Each roll weighs 18.28 lbs and is sold in bundles of 167 units per case. The ecoMAX® line is the current successor to the formerly branded Versa-Pak™ product, maintaining equivalent cushioning performance under the updated product family.
