These 2x2x12" light duty edge protectors feature an L-shaped profile and .120" wall thickness engineered to distribute compression forces from strapping and stretch film across a broader contact surface, reducing the risk of crushing, denting, or corner damage on boxed and unitized loads.
Common applications include pallet load stabilization in distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and fulfillment operations, where the protectors are secured with poly or steel strapping or held in place with stretch film. They can also be positioned internally within corrugated cartons to reinforce vulnerable edges before shipment.
Each case contains 250 edge protectors. The .120" thickness is suited for standard palletized loads and moderate-compression strapping configurations. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
